I suffer from a bad back. I don’t know when it started, just one day I woke up and bam! Back ache.. It has gotten really bad, to the point where I couldn’t walk for a week. As I write this post to you my dear friends I am in a lot of pain and discomfort. I cannot sit, lay down or stand and its driving me crazy!!
One of the reason I believe I suffer from bad back is my weight. Over the years I have gained a few pounds here and there. Recently because of my mother’s health issues and those of Tan’s family I’ve decided to do something about it. Its been four years of my weight gain. I’m not a big eater, nor am I a snacker. Although I love baking I very rarely partake of my baked goods (prefer to gift them to friends and neighbors) My problem is I make poor choices when eating out. I have the horrible habit of eating cheeseburgers at restaurants rather than the healthier alternative.
I’ve decided to take control of my habits and go on a diet! Well… not really a diet but a lifestyle change 🙂 I’m actually excited about this decision because that means a healthier, more energetic me. The added bonus is that I’ll be a happy, healthy Mommie as well as a good role model for my growing girls. I don’t want to show my kids that diet pills or fads are the way to go so hard work, healthy foods and dedication will be my tools. I did start my diet today and I have to say I did great job! Now let’s see what the rest of the week, month and year will be.. Wish me Luck!!!~
